1. Placing an Order

To place an order, visit our website and select your preferred package. Provide the required information, including the subject of your story, details you'd like included, and delivery preferences. Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation.

2. Delivery & Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days. Rush options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders are delivered digitally via email, and a printed version will be mailed to the shipping address you provide.

3. Revisions

We offer one complimentary round of revisions within 3 days of receiving your initial story. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee. Revisions are limited to corrections or minor edits — not full rewrites.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our stories, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, all sales are final unless an error occurs on our part.
